This year, we invited caterers, chefs, food/menu development chefs, unit managers from contract caterers and self-managed staff restaurants to enter the competition and present their street food innovations to the industry in a bid to take home the £1,000 prize!
The inaugural event saw 16 finalists produce some exceptional dishes at a live-cook off. They battled to create Technical and Signature dishes using products supplied by our event sponsors.
