The EDUcatering Excellence Awards annually recognise those outstanding individuals who have excelled within the schools meals sector – the ‘stars’ of the industry.
Winning an EDUcatering Excellence Award is a great achievement. Being judged by an elite panel of your peers is testament to the accolade. Judges in the past have included members of LACA National Executive Council, Senior Local Authority providers, Directors of contract caterers as well other influential figures from the school meals industry.
The 15 outstanding winners will be presented their accolades at a glittering Gala Dinner held at the prestigious Royal Garden Hotel in London. An audience of almost 400 of the schools’ catering elite will be there to witness the worthy winners receive their trophies. It’s a great night and a much talked about event within the industry.

“Just a quick note to say a huge Thank You and congratulations on Monday night’s event, it was a fantastic occasion. Steve produced the best meal we have had yet, the organisation was spot on and the award winners all worthy and suitably honoured. It is always a great privilege to be a part of the judging team and it’s a great bonus to attend the event at such a wonderful hotel. I always enjoy catching up with friends and colleagues and this was no exception. I appreciate just how much work goes into such an event so all credit to your team.”
