NEW FOR 2025 - In search of Britain’s BBQ champion…
Hosted by Pub & Bar and Dine Out magazines, this newly anticipated event is open to chefs from across the pub and bar and restaurant industries to showcase their sizzling signature BBQ dish for the nation to see.
The 16 finalists will compete in a series of challenges starting with cooking their signature dish in front of our judges, before creating a technical dish made up from a specific selection of ingredients that we will supply on the day from our event sponsors.
The dishes are judged on:
Flavour profile
How well the dish is cooked
Aesthetics and presentation
Texture, quality and consistency
Choice and use of ingredients
